Forest Children’s Centre offers rooms to hire within the centre.
Oak Room

This is the large training room with interactive white board and laptops as well as flexible seating.
When seated around conference tables the room offers capacity for 18 people, however for occasions where no tables are needed will comfortably seat up to 30. This is particularly useful for presentations using the interactive white board.
This facility is usually beneficial for corporate events or for training providers to deliver PowerPoint presentations.
The cost is dependent on time of day (cheaper if within caretakers usual hours) and duration, also whether refreshments are to be provided as part of the rental.
Crèche Room

This room can be hired for young children’s parties, ideal for first or second birthdays when the children are not old enough to join in traditional party games but are able to play with the varied selection of toys. This offers a safe environment with onsite children’s toilet facilities as well as changing area.
You are welcome to bring your own food prepared in advance on platters.
The cost is dependent on time of day (cheaper if within caretakers usual hours) and duration.
Oak Room and Cafe area

This facility is offered for children’s parties, the large Oak room is perfect (without tables) for party games and dancing, or for those that like a quieter party for film nights, using the interactive white board as a large projector, don’t forget the popcorn! The café area can then be used for your birthday tea; tables can be arranged to seat up to 16-18 children.
You are welcome to bring your own food prepared in advance on platters.
